It's simple: for any group over 50 room nights (cumulative), arriving before September 30, 2011 and booked by March 31, 2011 at participating hotels, you'll receive:

• 35% allowable attrition
• One complimentary room for every 35 paid rooms
• 2% rebate off the master, for any group over 100 room nights
• Marriott Rewards members registered for the promotion also will double points up to 100,000 total points (50,000 base + 50,000 bonus) OR
• If a registered member pays for the event with their Visa Card, they earn triple points up to 150,000 total points (50,000 base + 100,000 bonus)

If you have a group with a sales and/or catering contract that includes 10 room nights or more, or if you have a catering only event that is held at participating hotels:

• Marriott Rewards members receive 3 points per $1 of qualified spend (maximum 50,000 points per event)
• You'll earn points on guest room rate, meeting room rental fees, catered food and beverage, audio visual or decorations.
• You'll earn regardless of whether your event is master billed or each attendee pays on his own.
